PRIMARY ALUMINIUM INGOTS
Primary Aluminium Ingots are high-purity aluminium products obtained directly from the electrolytic reduction of alumina (Al₂O₃) in Hall-Héroult cells. Typically produced with a purity level of 99.7% or higher (e.g., P1020, P0610 grades), these ingots serve as the base material for a wide range of industrial applications.
Each ingot is precisely cast to ensure uniform chemical composition and low levels of impurities such as Fe, Si, and Cu, resulting in excellent corrosion resistance, electrical conductivity, and mechanical performance. The surface is smooth and oxide-free, making it suitable for both remelting and direct processing.
Due to their high purity and stable metallurgical characteristics, Primary Aluminium Ingots are widely used in the automotive, electrical, construction, packaging, and aerospace industries. They are remelted to produce rolled plates, extruded profiles, foils, cables, and other semi-finished products.
Their exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and recyclability make them a preferred choice in lightweight engineering and sustainable manufacturing. Each batch is tested according to LME and ISO quality standards, ensuring consistency, traceability, and international compliance for global buyers.
