ALLOYED ALLUMINIUM BILLETS

Alloyed Aluminium Billets are engineered from a blend of base aluminium and alloying elements such as magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), and manganese (Mn).

These additions enhance strength, hardness, and mechanical stability while preserving aluminium’s lightweight nature. Produced under advanced homogenization and heat treatment processes, common alloy grades include AA6061, AA6082, AA7075, and AA2024, each designed to meet specific performance demands. They feature fine-grained microstructures and high thermal conductivity, making them ideal for both extrusion and forging applications.

These billets are extensively used in automotive, aerospace, marine, and construction sectors, where durability, high fatigue resistance, and structural reliability are essential. Their versatility allows for the production of complex profiles, high-strength components, and precision-engineered parts. Complying with ASTM, EN, and JIS standards, Alloyed Aluminium Billets ensure superior mechanical properties, consistent extrusion behavior, and long service life under demanding operational conditions.
